We offer flexible timelines for your OKR implementation. With our “OKR Pilot” program, you can complete your first cycle in as little as 8 weeks, including a 2-week preparation period and a 6-week execution period. At the end of the pilot, we will assist you in setting your OKRs for the next cycle. However, many of our clients prefer a more gradual approach, particularly larger firms.
